Our services
Private label olive oil, handled end to end.
Seven connected disciplines, one partner on the ground in Spain. From the first idea to a bottle on your shelf, we manage every step — so you don’t carry the risk, the guesswork, or the wasted time.
The real problem
Finding a producer is the easy part.
Most people assume a private label olive oil project comes down to finding a supplier. It does not. The difficulty is the hundred decisions taken before a single bottle is filled — oil profile, bottle format, price positioning, packaging, label compliance, minimum volumes. Each one is cheap to change on paper and expensive to change after a production run.

Deliverables
What you actually walk away with.
A private label project ends in a written decision pack, not a verbal recommendation — so you can move to production, take it to a partner, or stop, with the facts in hand.
Scope
Clear boundaries, no surprises.
Our fee covers our work. Third-party costs stay visible and separate: we help identify, coordinate and review them, but we never mark them up or absorb them into a bundled price.
Covered by the project fee
- Strategy & positioning — market, competition and price architecture
- Product definition — oil profile, bottle format and specification
- Producer sourcing — selection, introductions and negotiation support
- Sample coordination — lot selection and structured comparison
- Packaging direction — bottle, label, closure and carton
- Compliance review — label content for the destination market
- Cost roadmap — unit costs and volume scenarios
- Project coordination — through to the pre-production decision
Quoted separately
- Samples & oil purchase — and any production run
- Laboratory analyses — certifications and inspection fees
- Packaging manufacture — bottles, closures, labels, cartons, printing
- Freight & customs — warehousing, insurance and duties
- Trademark & legal — registration and regulated advice
Questions
Before you get in touch.
What exactly am I paying for?
The work of structuring and de-risking the project: market and positioning, product definition, producer selection and introductions, sample coordination, packaging and label direction, and a costed roadmap to production. Not the oil, the bottles or the freight — those are third-party costs, quoted separately and never marked up.
Why not approach a producer directly?
You can. The question is what you would be deciding alone: which Spanish producer fits your volume and profile, what the oil should actually be, which format and label survive your destination market, and what the whole thing should cost. A producer quotes what they already make. We define what you should be asking for.
I already have a brand identity — can you work with it?
Yes. Where a brand already exists, we align the product, packaging and label to it rather than starting over. The commercial positioning work then focuses on fitting your existing brand to the right oil and the right shelf.
How involved do I need to be?
You make the commercial decisions; we prepare them. In practice that means a handful of structured decision points — positioning, oil selection, packaging, final costing — rather than day-to-day involvement in sourcing and coordination.
What happens once the project ends?
You hold the supplier relationships, the product specification and the roadmap. Ongoing commercial or sourcing support is available if you want it, but nothing in the process is designed to keep you dependent on us.
