Olive oil sourcing in Spain.

We source high-quality Spanish extra virgin olive oil at the origin — directly from trusted producers, mills and bottlers in Andalucía. No middlemen, no guesswork, no costly trial and error.

Sourcing at the source

Spain produces roughly half of the world’s olive oil, and Andalucía is its heart. Being on the ground means we see the harvest, taste the oil, meet the people behind it, and negotiate directly — the difference between a reliable supply and an expensive mistake made by email from abroad.

What sourcing with us covers

  • Producer, mill and bottler selection matched to your quality and volume.
  • Oil profile definition — variety, intensity, harvest, organic if needed.
  • Tasting samples and quality validation before you commit.
  • Transparent pricing negotiated directly at origin.
  • A supply set up to scale as your brand grows.

Sourcing is the first step of a fully turnkey private label service — followed by packaging, compliance and export and logistics.

Suppliers

Producer, mill, bottler or trader — who you actually need.

“Private label olive oil supplier” covers four very different businesses, and picking the wrong type is where most projects lose time and margin. Here is what each one actually does.

Mill
Almazara
Presses the olives. Holds the best traceability on harvest date, variety and lot — but rarely bottles or labels for third parties at small volume.
Bottler
Co-packer
Fills, caps and labels to your specification: the manufacturer behind most private label runs. The oil itself still has to be sourced and validated separately.
Co-op
Cooperativa
Pools the production of many growers. Strong on volume and price at scale, less flexible on small, tightly specified lots.
Trader
Broker
Resells oil they do not produce. Fast to quote, but you inherit their margin and lose direct sight of origin and lot consistency.

Most private label projects need two or three of these at once — a mill for the oil, a bottler for the run, sometimes a cooperative for volume. Coordinating them is the work. We are not a supplier ourselves and we do not resell oil, which is why the shortlist follows your specification rather than someone else’s stock.

Suppliers & manufacturers

Common questions.

Are you an olive oil supplier or a manufacturer?

Neither. We are an independent sourcing and project partner. We select and coordinate the producers, mills and bottlers who manufacture your oil, but we never sell you the oil ourselves — so the shortlist follows your specification, not our stock.

Can you introduce me to Spanish olive oil suppliers?

Yes, and it is central to the work. We shortlist producers, mills and bottlers matched to your volume, oil profile and destination market, then make the introductions and support the negotiation directly at origin.

What is the difference between a supplier and a private label manufacturer?

A supplier sells you the oil. A private label manufacturer — usually a bottler or co-packer — fills and labels it as your own brand. Most projects need both, plus someone making sure the oil, the format and the label actually fit the market you are selling into.
