For gourmet & food brands

Private label olive oil for gourmet & food brands.

Premium Spanish extra virgin olive oil for gourmet, fine-food and delicatessen brands — as a new label or as the hero product of your shop. We match your positioning with the right oil profile, packaging and story, sourced at origin.

Built for the fine-food shelf

Gourmet buyers taste the difference — and so do reviews. We start from your brand’s positioning and price point, then define the oil to deliver it: variety and intensity, early or classic harvest, organic or PDO when the story calls for it. You approve real samples before anything is produced. Already selling a range and adding an olive oil to it? See our olive oil line extension service.

  • Distinctive oil profiles selected from 20+ producers — not a catalogue default.
  • Premium packaging & labeling that meets both shelf appeal and regulation.
  • A provenance story that sells: single origin, Andalucía, at the source.
  • From boutique runs to scale as your product line grows.

The gap that kills premium launches

The oil has to taste like the story on the label.

Premium olive oil is sold on provenance, harvest and character — and then, too often, filled with whatever the bottler had in tank. Gourmet buyers taste the gap. So do the judges at the competitions your brand will eventually enter.

Profile
Character is a specification, not an adjective
“Fruity, intense, elegant” is a brief, not a product. Variety, harvest date, polyphenol level and acidity are what a producer can actually deliver against.
Provenance
A story that survives a buyer’s question
Single origin, a named region, a harvest window — claims a specialist buyer will test. Anything vaguer reads as marketing and prices like it.
Cost
Premium has a floor, and it is not negotiable
A mountain grove costs €4.18 to €5.31 a kilo to farm. Paying below that range means somebody in the chain is absorbing a loss they will not absorb twice.
Scale
Small runs are a constraint, not a footnote
Most premium brands start well below what a large bottler wants to schedule. Who you select at the start decides whether your second run is even possible.

How a gourmet line gets built

Positioning first, then the oil that delivers it.

We start from your price point and shelf, then define the oil that can hold it — and you taste real samples before anything is produced. Nothing is committed on a description.

Oil profiles available

  • Single-variety — Picual, Hojiblanca, Arbequina and others
  • Early harvest — higher intensity, higher polyphenol content
  • Certified organic — where the claim carries the positioning
  • PDO — protected designation when provenance is the story
  • Blends to a brief — built to a defined sensory target

What supports the launch

  • Real samples compared side by side, on the same criteria
  • Organoleptic and laboratory analyses on request
  • Premium packaging — bottle, label, closure and carton
  • Claims reviewed — health, origin and organic mentions under EU rules
  • Small first runs that leave room for a second

Questions

Before you get in touch.

What is the smallest run you can realistically do?

Smaller than a large bottler will schedule, because we select the producer against your volume rather than fitting you into someone’s existing line. The real question is not the first run but the second: we choose partners who will still take your order when you reorder at a similar size.

Can we enter competitions with a private label oil?

Yes — your brand, your entry. What decides the result is the lot, not the label, which is why sample validation and lot planning matter more here than in any other segment. We can select towards a sensory profile that competes rather than one that simply passes.

How do we justify a premium price to buyers?

With things that can be verified: variety, harvest date, region, analyses. A specialist buyer will ask, and vague provenance prices like a commodity. The cost of production by grove type also explains why a genuine premium oil cannot be cheap.

Do you write the brand story for us?

We define what is true and defensible about the product — origin, variety, harvest, method — and make sure the claims comply. The brand voice stays yours, or your agency’s. What we will not do is help build a story the oil cannot support.
