For retailers & distributors

Private label olive oil for retailers.

A reliable own-brand (MDD) olive oil supply from Spain — controlled quality at origin, competitive pricing, full compliance for your market, and volumes that scale with your shelves.

Built for buying teams

  • Certified industrial partners. IFS, BRC, Halal, Organic, ISO 9001 & 14001 across our network — audit-ready documentation.
  • Direct-at-origin pricing. We negotiate with producers and major cooperatives in Córdoba — no stacked intermediary margins.
  • Compliance handled. Labeling and regulatory requirements for your destination market, under European regulation, guaranteed Spanish origin.
  • Consistent supply. Producer selection matched to your volumes today and your growth tomorrow.
  • One accountable partner. A single point of contact from tender to delivered pallets.

Technical sheets, laboratory and organoleptic analyses available on request for every reference. See export & logistics or how it works.

What buying teams actually face

An own brand is only as stable as the market behind it.

Own-label olive oil looks like a margin decision until the origin price moves. In 2026 it moved a long way: extra virgin traded near €7/kg during the 2023-24 drought and around €3.42–3.57 by late July. A shelf price set against one of those numbers behaves very differently against the other.

Volatility
The price you quote in a tender outlives the price you sourced at
Origin markets move within a campaign. A tender priced off a spot quote, with no view on the harvest or the stock position behind it, transfers all the risk onto you.
Documentation
Audit-readiness is a supplier attribute, not a promise
Certificates, technical sheets, analyses and traceability have to exist before the audit, in the format your quality team expects.
Consistency
The second batch is the one that gets returned
A first delivery is easy. Matching it twelve months later, from a different harvest, is a question of producer selection and lot planning.
Origin
Where the oil comes from decides what it can cost
Hedge groves and mountain groves have production costs €2 apart per kilo. Paying one and expecting the other is the most common way an own-label programme quietly fails.

How we work with buyers

Procurement-grade, at origin.

We sit on your side of the table, not the producer’s. We are not a reseller and we hold no stock, so the shortlist follows your specification and your volumes rather than someone’s inventory position.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

How do you protect us against origin price movements?

By making the exposure visible before you commit rather than after. We set out the cost structure by scenario and by grove model, so a tender is priced against a range you understand. We explain how origin pricing actually works in our analysis of Spanish production costs.

What volumes do you work with?

From a pallet on some formats up to recurring container programmes. What matters more than the opening number is the trajectory: producer selection is made against where your volume is going, because switching supplier at scale is where consistency breaks.

Are you a broker taking a margin on the oil?

No. We are neither a producer nor a reseller and we hold no stock. Our fee covers our work; the oil, the packaging and the freight are quoted separately and never marked up. That is precisely why the recommendation can follow your specification.

Can you supply under our existing private label brand?

Yes. Where the brand already exists we align the oil, the format and the label to it rather than proposing a new identity. The work then concentrates on specification, compliance for your markets and supply continuity.
